    Project Amrit - "Because you are Human, you are Immortal", is an initiative that was launched in February, 2017 by Anthyesti Foundation. Anthyesti Foundation is a Non Profit, Non - Governmental Organisation, started to promote Organ Donation in Kolkata, India, under the aegis of MOHAN Foundation ( Multi Organ Harvesting Aid Network ) and NOTTO ( National Organ & Tissue Transplant Organisation ). The primary goal of our foundation is to create widespread social awareness on Organ Donation in and around Kolkata and in whole of Eastern India.

      Thank you so much for inviting us for Cadaveric Organ Donation Program held at Belle Vue Clinic by Dr. Sourabh Koley, Chief Intensivist. The program stressed upon the need of Cardiac Transplant along with other transplants, Since Cardiac transplant will drive the concept of Cadaveric Organ Transplant.

      We started our first organ donation campaign with the prestigious ILEAD college. 200 surveys successfully done with close to 50 students pledging their organs. What a great start for a noble cause. We immensely thank our mentors Gaurav Kapoor and the Dean of ILead College, Mr. Pradip Chopra for giving us the confidence and the break.

      Under the aegis of MOHAN Foundation, NOTTO and Regional ROTTO at IPGMER and SSKM Hospital  we have taken this campaign forward.
